Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Each piece is handmade and produced in limited quantities, which means we are unable to restock or resell returned items.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@himsky.fr including photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.


Exceptions

As all pieces are handmade and often produced in small batches or made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection
  • Minor variations in shape, color, or finish (these are inherent to handmade work)

Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.


European Union – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized
  • Goods that are handmade and produced in limited quantities

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your purchase falls under these exceptions and is therefore not eligible for withdrawal.
