Each piece is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days.
As all pieces are handmade and handled with care, slight delays may occur during busy periods. If so, you will be notified.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- France: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on the carrier.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your parcel.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
