TERMS OF SALE (CGV) — HIMSKY CERAMICS
(Conditions Générales de Vente — France / EU compliant)
1. SCOPE
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Himsky Ceramics website.
By placing an order, you accept these Terms without reservation.
2. PRODUCTS
All pieces are handmade in Paris and are unique.
Slight variations in shape, color, texture, or finish are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Product photos are as accurate as possible but may vary depending on screen settings.
3. PRICES
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs and any customs duties are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Orders are confirmed once payment is validated and a confirmation email is sent.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of error, suspected fraud, or exceptional circumstances.
5. PAYMENT
Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are prepared with care and shipped within a reasonable timeframe.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or external circumstances.
In accordance with EU law, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
⚠️ This right does not apply to:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Goods that are handmade and produced in limited quantities
- Items damaged after delivery

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
As a small-batch handmade studio, we do not accept returns for change of mind outside the legal withdrawal framework.
9. LEGAL GUARANTEES
All products benefit from:
- The legal guarantee of conformity (2 years under EU law)
- The guarantee against hidden defects
If a product is defective or non-conforming, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
10. LIABILITY
We cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of our products or delays caused by external factors.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, transport disruptions, natural events).
12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, consumers may seek an amicable solution before taking legal action.
